What is Ziplyft?

How Ziplyft Works

A different approach to the upper eyelid lift. Less than 15 minutes. No sutures. Event-ready in 7–10 days.

A Different Approach

Brighter, More Open, Refreshed — Without Putting Life on Hold

You want your eyes to look brighter, more open and refreshed — without looking overdone or putting your life on hold for weeks.

Ziplyft™ is the first Minimally Invasive Lid Treatment (MILT), created to remove excess upper eyelid skin through a simpler, more precise approach. The procedure is performed in your provider's office under local anesthetic, takes less than 15 minutes and requires no IV sedation, sutures or cautery.

The result? A real, lasting improvement with minimal bruising and a much simpler recovery.

The Technology Behind Ziplyft™

Meet Compression Skin Contouring (CoCo™)

Ziplyft™ uses an innovative process called Compression Skin Contouring, or CoCo™, to change the way excess eyelid skin can be removed. Instead of relying on traditional surgical techniques, the Ziplyft device gently compresses the targeted skin — controlling bleeding while bringing the skin together so it can be precisely removed and sealed with medical-grade tissue adhesive.

Step 1

Compress

The Ziplyft device gently compresses the precisely marked area of excess upper eyelid skin. This creates hemostasis — controlling blood flow before the skin is removed.

Step 2

Remove

Once compressed, the excess skin is precisely removed using the Ziplyft device. Because the tissue has already been compressed, there is minimal bleeding and no need for cautery.

Step 3

Seal

The skin edges are brought together and sealed with medical-grade tissue adhesive instead of stitches. There are no sutures to remove later.

Compress. Remove. Seal. A controlled process designed to create a naturally refreshed upper eyelid with less trauma and less downtime than traditional eyelid surgery.

Find a provider

Start by finding a trained Ziplyft provider near you. Your provider will determine whether Ziplyft is right for your anatomy, health and goals.

Your consultation

Your provider will evaluate your upper eyelids, discuss what you'd like to change and explain what you can realistically expect. Ziplyft is designed for adults with excess upper eyelid skin who want to look more awake and refreshed without undergoing traditional blepharoplasty.

Preparing for your treatment

On treatment day, your provider carefully marks the excess skin to be removed and applies local anesthetic to keep you comfortable. There's no general anesthesia, IV sedation or operating room.

The Ziplyft procedure

Your physician positions the transparent Ziplyft device over the treatment area. Its anatomy-fit design allows your provider to clearly see the markings and precisely position the device. The skin is compressed, the excess tissue is removed and the area is sealed with tissue adhesive — typically in less than 15 minutes.

Heading home

Once your treatment is complete, you can leave the office the same day. There are no sutures or bandages and no later appointment needed for suture removal. Some swelling, pinkness or bruising is normal as the area begins to heal.

Enjoying your results

As swelling and bruising subside, your eyes begin to look brighter, more open and naturally refreshed. Most patients are event-ready within 7–10 days — not the two to three weeks commonly associated with traditional upper eyelid surgery. Your results are designed to look like you, just more rested and refreshed.

Why Compression Makes a Difference

Less Trauma. Less Downtime.

Traditional blepharoplasty typically involves an operating or procedure room, surgical excision, bleeding control with cautery and closure with stitches. Ziplyft takes a different approach.

By compressing the tissue before removing it, CoCo™ technology helps minimize bleeding and bruising while allowing the skin edges to be sealed with tissue adhesive. That means:

  • No sutures — tissue adhesive closes the treatment area
  • No cautery — compression controls bleeding
  • Local anesthetic only — no IV sedation or general anesthesia
  • Minimal bruising and swelling — designed for a faster recovery
  • In-office treatment — no hospital or operating room
  • Less than 15 minutes — a dramatically shorter procedure
  • Natural-looking results — excess skin is actually removed, not temporarily treated
Real Change

Without the Traditional Surgical Experience

Creams, serums and other non-invasive treatments may improve the appearance of the skin, but they don't remove excess upper eyelid skin. Traditional blepharoplasty does — but typically requires a more involved surgical procedure and recovery. Ziplyft™ was created to offer another option: real removal of excess upper eyelid skin through a minimally invasive, doctor-delivered treatment.
