Accessibility Statement

Osheru, Inc. wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about Ziplyft™. This statement covers www.ziplyft.com and providers.ziplyft.com.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These sites are partially conformant: most content meets the standard, and we are working on the areas listed below that don’t yet.

What we do

  • Pages use headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them, and every page has a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Menus, accordions, sliders, galleries and dialogs work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn off animations and pause looping background videos.
  • Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.

Known limitations

  • Some text and buttons in our orange brand color don’t yet meet the minimum color contrast ratio.
  • Some videos with speech don’t yet have captions or transcripts. If you need the content of a video, contact us and we’ll provide it in another format.
  • Looping background videos don’t have a pause button; reducing motion in your device settings stops them.
  • PDF documents, such as the Instructions for Use, may not be fully accessible. We can provide them in another format on request.

Third-party content

Some parts of these sites come from other companies and are outside our direct control, including the Find a Provider request form, embedded video players, the cookie consent banner and the provider shop at products.ziplyft.com. If one of these gives you trouble, contact us and we’ll help another way.
